Cooking that follows the market

Here the menu is written on Monday evening, once we know what will be delivered the next day. Vegetables from a grower in Blanquefort, fish from the Arcachon auction, meat from a farmer in Bazas: we work with a handful of producers we call by their first names.

At lunchtime, a quick and generous set menu for people who work nearby. In the evening, we take our time: an open kitchen, soft lighting and a bottle to share.

Bordeaux of course, but also the Loire, the Jura and the Languedoc: living wines from winemakers we know, by the glass or by the bottle.

  • The ideal weekday lunch if you work in the Chartrons: quick, generous and always seasonal.

    Julien M.

  • Camille introduced us to a surprising white from the Jura. Precise advice, never pretentious.
