- Audience measurement: we count page views anonymously, without cookies and without keeping your IP address, to know how the site is used. This measurement does not require consent; you can still opt out with the box below.
How long is it kept?
- Messages and requests received: at most three years after our last exchange, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer (for example invoices).
- Audience measurement: only anonymous totals are kept; the technical fingerprint used to avoid counting the same visit twice is deleted after 48 hours.
Who has access to it?

No: Bistrot Fenouil does not exist. Requests arrive in the website’s admin, managed by Betta Studio, and are never sold or used for marketing.

Yes, anonymously and without cookies: only page views are counted, to see which pages interest visitors most.

Write to Betta Studio through its website and your request will be deleted.
